		<content type="html">Thanks.&amp;nbsp; It's an interesting article.&amp;nbsp; I know of one employer who has twenty plus jobs unfilled (out of a total population of 300) because they can't find the right talent.&amp;nbsp; The people don't have the exact experienc and skills mix needed.&lt;br&gt;</content>

		<content type="html">Yes and no.&amp;nbsp; No, I have worked with successful people who have never written a resume but have been successfully employed.&amp;nbsp; And although that is unusual it can happen.&amp;nbsp; Networking is key.&amp;nbsp; Yes.&amp;nbsp; However I do agree with your points about resumes.&amp;nbsp; There is a need for a concise history of what you've done.&lt;BR&gt;Thanks for the comment.</content>
