DONT DO THIS - Interview tips for career change 1

I've coached clients on what to do in interviews when wanting to change careers or get the job but last week I was interviewing and saw exactly what not to do.

Don't say "I'm not good at interviewing"  and don't say "my last boss said I really sucked at my interview and we weren't going to hire you".  The interviewer doesn't care.  And if you aren't good at interviewing how do can we tell if you are good at your job?  And if you're not good at interviewing - because this could be a true statement - learn how to be, take some classes, ready my newsletter Sign up for free career advice, or be creative - bring a presentation, ask for a trial period, or get some stellar referrals so that you avoid interview rejection.
